My name is Clayton Maxwell and I am 24 years old. I grew up in the countryside in Northern Ireland with my mum, dad, sister and brother. I went to Greyabbey Primary School from the age of 4 and made a few friends from the local village. My best friend was called James Storey and we used to sit beside each other in class all the time and make cassette recordings of us talking over the mic and playing music. My school teachers were called Mrs Hardon, Mrs Austin and Mrs Mcclelland.

Also at the age of 4, I used to watch an awful lot of cartoons after school.. a few I can remember were Bosco on RTE (Irish channel), Thomas The Tank Engine, Postman Pat, The Racoons but silly me used to sit too close to the television and my left eye started to move out of shape and so I had to get glasses. I used to wear thick white ones and people used to call me The Milky Bar Kid which I didn't mind then but it started to get annoying.

In 1991 when I was 8 years old my life turned around and things started going bad. Firstly my dad split up with my mum and moved out and found a flat in the local town with a new girlfiend. I, my brother and sister used to visit them every Saturday for a chat and have dinner. Then a few months later when we were having a walk up Scrabo park my sister fell over and broke her leg, she had to get rushed to hospital and my mum was completely shocked and thinks that his girlfriend done it on purpose but I cannot judge as I didn't see it happen.

And if that wasn't bad enough the next day my grandad Mckee died from cancer in the prostate glan. I don't remember very much about him but he used to pull on my ear when I came into his home and I will miss him forever.

Just a year later in 1992, my granny Mckee died. She was hit by a large dog she owned in the side which caused cancer. I didn't even get to say goodbye when she was rushed to hospital and that was the last I saw of her. She will be in my heart until I die.

1994 was the year I finished primary school and done my 11 Plus exams. Also my dad moved away from just up the road to outside Dublin in a place called Bellurgan Point which is near Dundalk (about 75 miles away).

12 years old started a new life joining a new secondary school called Glastry High School (now called Glastry College) which I enjoyed because I made new friends and got to travel further than my local primary school. I used to wait for the school bus with a friend called Andrew Boyle. I also joined the local football team called Abbey Stars and recieved banners for supporting the team.

At the age of 13 I was sat watching Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles one day and noticed an awful pain beside my stomach.. it was extremely sore to touch so I had to get rushed to the hospital. It turned out I had appendicitis and had to get an operation to remove my appendix.. I was off school for a few weeks to let the cut heal.

In September 1997, I travelled all the way to Liverpool via car with my mums boyfriend Gerry Hardiment to pickup my first PC which cost around £1500. It was an Intel Pentium 200Mhz, 32MB RAM, 4GB HDD and included a 14 inch monitor and Epson printer. At the time it was top of the range and also had Windows 98! We still have that PC to this day but have upgraded a few parts. it's up in the attic and never gets used.

We have always had cats as pets in our house and Fluff was the best cat I ever had, it was such a cute cat and was very sweet and harmless. In 1998 Fluff died when I was at Keith Ballock's house and I was completely heart broken. It was my granny's cat and I looked after it like a baby but yet it was a very old cat.

In December 1999, I went to my dad's place to celebrate the new millenium. I guess the party was alright.. nothing special but a few days later I went back home and it was the last I saw of him. It was my own decision not to visit again because I just couldn't stand his girlfriend any longer as she kept puting lies into my head and was a very controlling person.

2000 was the year I left school, finding employment or a course to suit which was quite difficult because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do. I was still interested in computers so I found a NVQ course 14 miles away that lasted a whole year called Jobskills.

The business called Bangor Business Services went out of business so I was forced to change provider which was only up the road from them called Joblink. They found me a placement at a government building called Rathgael House which I enjoyed immensely and met some lovely people. 2000 was also the year I bought myself a scooter.. Peugeot Speedfight 2 100cc and was red, white and blue and I really loved it.

2001 was when I had finished my IT course in Rathgael House and I decided I wasn't interested in doing further education as I knew everything involved already so I wanted to make a living instead. I found a new job within a matter of weeks in the same town at a place called MM Group doing data input work which was just up the road.

When I turned 18 I had a suprise party.. my mum invited about 60+ people from my secondary school and other friends like Martin from Enniskillen and we had a bonfire, slot machine, cake, fireworks etc. It was a night not to be forgotten.

2002 was a year I didn't do very much except work and I saved up and bought myself my first car.. a Vauxhall Nova. It cost me £1200 and had a full bodykit, alloys.. the lot but a few months later I sold it as it wasn't very nice to drive as the wheels were too heavy. I spent the money on a brand new TV and hifi.

2003 I had an idea to start a business called Ards Peninsula Computing. I did a course in business ideas and got a small grant of £350 which got me paint and cement for the new office. I then ran out of money and the business came to a stop as I couldn't afford to get any extras.

In 2004 my mum's cousin David Johnson died. It took a whole week for someone to notice the death in his own house. He was found by Anita and Tony and the reason of his death was that he shot himself with a shotgun. Anytime we visited him he seemed fine but alot happened in his life and stress took the better of him.. I still can't believe it to this day.

Also in 2004, my sister met a member of a rock band who are called Rigger and they started using our pool room as their practice room. From 2004 to 2006 we had alot of parties in our house and there's so many people that have came I have lost count!

In 2005 the rock band used my office as their new practice room.

2007 and nothing really much has changed with me, I am very keen to go back to Isle of Man as I loved it there and I haven't had a job in a while which is getting me down but I'll hopefully find something.
