I created my first website using AOL Express with the help of an AOL member called Jackyd99. She taught me abit about HTML and how to create a basic site with rollover buttons. I can still remember the design.. but even though I don't have it anymore.. how could I forget that bright yellow design!

1998
I then moved on to using Frontpage Express (bad idea) and learned how marquees and frames worked

1999
I bought myself a domain which was claytonswebsite.co.uk

2001
I then got into Macromedia Dreamweaver and learned tables and at first I thought that the program was extremely difficult but after years using it till this day I find it one of the best webdesign programs out there

2003
Mike (mkserve) kindly offered me free hosting and so I carried on from my old domain to teknoxic.mkserve.net onto klay.mkserve.net

2004
The domain kLay.co.uk was alive

2005
Loads of brand new designs, kLay.co.uk is still going strong

2006
I created subdomains, forums, updated the chatroom and a few new designs ofcourse

2007
The transparent design is back and better than ever with a brand new makeover created from scratch. Works on Internet Explorer 6/7, Firefox, Opera and even Pocket PC browsers

2008
kLay.uk is now up to design 64, running the latest versions of Apache, MySQL and still using tables with transparency

2009
The domain was renewed in November last year and the blog celebrates 2 years old, website is using a clean fresh design brought back from the archive

2010
70th design now and kind of running out of ideas although his website was made from the ground up. Now using themes

2011
Same design as last year but I am thinking of doing a revamp soon :)

2012
Not much changed really, brought back an old transparent design. Renewed domain

2013
Website still going great, few new designs etc, brought a guestbook back and working on the Arcade soon

2014
Brought a mixture of designs back into 1. This one has a simple div menu system and transparency tables

Nothing much new. Still keeping the same design as I love it

I purchased kLay.uk

Thinking about a new design(?)

I have finally brought back a website, using the previous design and using the old trusted Adobe Dreamweaver to help me along.
